1. What This Website Is
This site provides information about MASTR's short-term rental cohosting services, and lets you request materials from us — including a Property Performance Analysis.
2. Property Performance Analyses and Other Projections — Please Read This Section
When you request a Property Performance Analysis, or when we share any revenue projection, market data, or performance estimate with you, the following applies:These are estimates, not guarantees. Any figure we provide — projected revenue, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, expenses, or return — is an educated estimate based on market data available to us at the time, assumptions about how a property would be operated, and our professional judgment.Actual results will differ. Short-term rental performance depends on many things outside our control, including local regulations and permitting, HOA rules, seasonal demand, competition, the condition and furnishing of the property, platform algorithm changes, interest rates, weather, and the broader economy.This is not financial, investment, legal, tax, or real estate advice. We are not licensed financial advisors, investment advisors, attorneys, or accountants. Nothing we provide should be treated as a recommendation to buy, sell, or invest in any property.
